20 Excels, no truth
Each person has "their version" of the client list. Invoices are in one Excel, deliveries in another, contacts in a third. Nobody knows which is right.
Verifactu deadline coming
AEAT requires certified software from 1 Jan 2027 (companies) and 1 Jul 2027 (autónomos). Excel is not on the list. Non-compliance: fines up to 50.000€ per year. Holded is certified.

Why Holded specifically?

Holded is a Spanish ERP designed for SMBs. It includes invoicing, accounting, projects, inventory, CRM and HR in one product. It is on the AEAT-certified Verifactu list and supports factura electrónica B2B natively. For a Spanish SMB migrating from Excel or an old CRM, it covers the most ground with the least integration work. If you need something else (Odoo, Zoho One, custom), we will tell you in the audit.
How long does an average migration take?

STARTER takes about 1 week. STANDARD takes 3 weeks. PRO takes 6 weeks. The bottleneck is rarely the data, it is the back-and-forth with the team confirming what to keep and what to drop. Faster team responses, faster delivery.
What if my data is in 20 different Excels?

Common case. Step 02 (mapping document) is the place where we consolidate. We deduplicate clients across sheets, reconcile contact info, normalize statuses, and end up with a single canonical dataset before Holded sees it. The Excel mess is the project, not a complication.
Will my historical invoices be preserved?

Yes, in STANDARD and PRO tiers. We import historical invoices as 'imported' (not Verifactu-signed retroactively, which would be illegal), so you keep the archive accessible. Going forward, new invoices use Verifactu and factura electrónica via Holded's native flow.
What about Verifactu and factura electrónica?

Both are included in every tier. Holded handles Verifactu natively (it is on AEAT's certified software list). Factura electrónica B2B is configured per your sector and your usual clients. You will be compliant for the 2027 deadlines from day one.
Can I keep my current invoice numbering?

Yes. Holded supports custom invoice series and starting numbers. We configure it so your next invoice continues exactly where the previous system left off. No gaps in your sequence.
What if my CRM is something you don't list?

Ask in the audit. If it has an API or a database, we can usually extract from it. The list above is for systems that require a larger specialised team (SAP, Oracle EBS, enterprise Dynamics). For anything smaller, ask before assuming.
Do I have to use Holded?

No. The same migration playbook works for Odoo (open-source), Zoho One, Pipedrive, or even a custom-built dashboard. Holded is our default because it fits Spanish SMBs best, but we do not push it if your context calls for something else.
