We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not, here’s how we handle refunds.


14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

All paid AldeaCode products come with a 14-day, no-questions-asked refund guarantee.

If you’re not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, simply:

  1. Email us at support@aldeacode.com
  2. Include your order number or the email used for purchase
  3. Receive your full refund within 5-7 business days

That’s it. No forms to fill out, no hoops to jump through.


What’s Covered

After 14 Days

After the 14-day period, we review refund requests on a case-by-case basis.

We’ll typically approve refunds if:

  • The product has a critical bug we can’t fix
  • The product doesn’t work as advertised
  • You were charged incorrectly

We may decline refunds if:

  • Significant time has passed (several months)
  • The product was used extensively
  • The refund request appears fraudulent

How Refunds Work

Refunds are processed through Lemon Squeezy (our payment provider):

  • Credit/debit card refunds: 5-10 business days
  • PayPal refunds: 3-5 business days
  • The refund goes back to your original payment method

License After Refund

Once a refund is processed:

  • Your license key will be deactivated
  • You should uninstall the extension
  • You’re welcome to repurchase anytime
